It is your responsibility to ensure that your rental payment arrives to the landlord on time.
Subject to the underlying contract, the landlord will penalise you with an overdue fine if you miss the payment date. The landlords are VERY strict about this.Therefore please ensure that you get the money paid on time.
Remember, we can help you with the payment process. However, this is a favour we are providing to you as part of our service.
In order that we are able to make the payment to the landlord in time, you must ensure that the money is in our account a minimum of:
3 business days before rent is due for payments to our bank account.
5 business days before rent is due for payments via card (e.g. into Moneybookers or Paypal)
You must also ensure that we confirm to you we have received this money.
Many times money is sent in a wrong name, may require additional authorization from you etc. We will not know whether you have made the payment to us if we can’t find it, and we have too many clients to check up on.
Therefore you need to ensure, every month, that you get confirmation, verbal or email, from us that we have received your money.
If we do not get your money by the dates specified above, it is likely we will be unable to get it to the landlord in time which means you will incur a penalty payment.
