Reservation process:

First step: Complete our registration form and pay 400 usd booking fee *. This booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE.
Second step: In 48 hours we will contact you to confirm you reservation. We request your passport copy, and signed scan of cotract. If case we fail to make this reservation you will get refund.
Third step: In you like to pay deposit and rent by card or bank transfer you will need to make payment minimum 5 working days before move in date!

(*) Booking fee going to be converted to R$700 administration fee that always need to be paid before move in.
